I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. I studied and graduated from Stetson University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. While in school I began shadowing and receiving care from a chiropractor and was amazed by my own results and the dramatic difference it made in the health and lives of patients. Immediately following graduation, I enrolled in Palmer College of Chiropractic at their Florida campus in Daytona Beach. In January of 2016, based on the recommendation of a faculty member at chiropractic college, I moved to Winchester, TN to meet and intern with Dr. Rudder and the rest was history. I am passionate about chiropractic care and I am well versed in full spine techniques and specific upper cervical adjusting techniques including Orthospinology, Thompson, Gonstead, Diversified, and Activator. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, hunting, and being outdoors.
